Submission Guidelines

Submission Requirements:

• Eligibility: Open to tech companies that implement data science, big data, and machine learning best practices. Both startups and established companies are welcome to participate.
• Registration: Complete the online registration form on our registration page by October 15, 2024. A registration fee of $100 is required to confirm your participation.
• Submission Format: All submissions must be in English. Prepare a comprehensive document in PDF format, no longer than 20 pages. Include any supplementary materials (e.g., code snippets, datasets, visualizations) as separate files or appendices.
• Content Guidelines:
  • Introduction: Provide a brief overview of your company. Highlight your company’s mission and vision in relation to data science and machine learning.
  • Best Practices: Describe the data science, big data, and machine learning best practices implemented in your company. Detail the methodologies, tools, and frameworks used. Discuss the strategies for data collection, cleaning, storage, and processing.
  • Key Projects and Outcomes: Present case studies of significant projects undertaken by your company. Highlight the objectives, methodologies, and results of each project. Include quantitative and qualitative outcomes, such as performance metrics, business impact, and innovation.
  • Innovation and Challenges: Explain any innovative approaches or solutions your company has developed. Describe the challenges faced during implementation and how they were overcome.
  • Future Plans: Outline your company’s future plans for advancing data science, big data, and machine learning. Include any upcoming projects, research, or initiatives.
• Submission Process: Submit your documentation and any supporting materials via our submission portal by October 31, 2024. Ensure all files are properly labeled with your company name and submission category.
• Judging Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
